This is one of the best Starbucks that I’ve ever been to in the U. S! The vibes, service, music and staff were all amazing 😊 The décor and location makes it magical to me ✨
I travel with the country for work, I visited Starbucks almost every single day all over the country. I’ve been coming to this location for about two weeks now. And Today when I come in, I asked for the same order. I never changed my order. Because I have a specific diet that I stick to. Starbucks offers a vanilla cold foam that you can put on top of your coffee. That is sugar-free. I get this on my coffee every single day probably for the past two years. I go in today and order my coffee to be told that we’re not making that for you because there’s no button for it on our screen anymore, So it’s against our policy to do it. Which is weird because the person who told me about this works at Starbucks even still currently today. I go every day. I would do it in airports and brick-and-mortar stores everywhere. The lady that was in charge of taking my order, The one that refused my business. Her name starts with the letter T, Not really sure how to say it or spell it as I guess I should’ve taken a picture. I don’t really believe this is good customer service In any fashion. Not to mention this whole ordeal almost made me late for work as I had to visit another location to be able to get the coffee that I drink every morning. Not only am I disappointed in the customer service at this location. But I feel borderline, disrespected and almost offended because I was trying to ask for something sugar-free due to my diet. I’ll be reconsidering my business with Starbucks in the future. Meaning, every chance I get, I may be visiting other coffee spots from here on out after the type of service that I’ve been experiencing at this location. I absolutely would not recommend this location to anybody, I would actually advise to either drive further and visit a different location or another business altogether. You shouldn’t be able to treat people like this.
Naya was amazing in the drive through. The customers who are regulars need to be better neighbors to the staff here. They are amazing ppl. Beings supporting Beings, let's be kinder in our day!
